Thank you for shopping at Nick Digital Art. Each item you purchase is custom-made for you through our print-on-demand partners. Please take a moment to review our policy so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or incorrect product selection — unless the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
We encourage you to:
- Carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and sizing charts before ordering.
- Double-check your cart before checkout.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if your item meets one of the following criteria:
✅ Damaged or Defective Item
(e.g., torn fabric, misprinted design, broken mug handle, severe color inaccuracy)
✅ Wrong Item Shipped
(e.g., you ordered a t-shirt but received a tote bag)
✅ Lost or Undelivered Package
(Confirmed by tracking as “lost” or not delivered after 30+ days)
✅ Misprinted Artwork
(e.g., image is cropped incorrectly, low resolution, or differs significantly from product preview)
3. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement
📧 Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or within 14 days of estimated delivery date if package is lost):

- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue (required for damaged/defective claims)
- Description of the problem
- Whether you prefer a replacement or refund
🕒 We’ll respond within 3–5 business days to resolve your request.
4. Return Shipping
- If we approve a return due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we will cover return shipping costs and send a prepaid label if applicable.
- If you’re returning for any other reason not covered above, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds may be denied.
📦 Note: Do NOT return items without first receiving approval and instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item (if applicable) and verify the issue:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Replacements will be processed immediately and shipped free of charge.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Items that are worn, washed, stained, or altered
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
- Items outside the 14-day window
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
7. Order Cancellations
All orders are sent to production within 6 hours. Once in production, orders cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to cancel, contact us IMMEDIATELY — we’ll try our best, but cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we ship worldwide via reliable partners, delays can occur (especially internationally). If your order hasn’t arrived:
- Wait until the maximum estimated delivery date has passed.
- Check tracking and contact your local postal service.
- If still missing, contact us — we’ll investigate and reship or refund if confirmed lost.
(Standard production time: 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination.)
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting us may result in:
- Denial of refund/replacement requests
- Account restrictions
- Legal action for fraudulent claims
